Every stroke is an opportunity to tell a tale. Kathleen delights in creating images of the unseen, whether they be landscapes or unseen helpers from unknown realms. Though dry "dust like", the medium is capable of intense color, luminescence, and boundless texture. Given the medium's delicate nature, creating with pastel challenges Kathleen to see both astonishing beauty and impermanence in human life and our natural world.
