Mixed media images by Frederick "Fred" Richter a Stockholm Wi area resident and artist. Fred takes his drawing experience from his architectural education and practice to create images or Scapes of the Lake Pepin Area, his travels and commissioned art. Fred uses ink line sketches, water color pencil and watercolor mediums.
His work also includes acrylic paintings and images created on the iPad with Procreate software.
